Shipping & Policies

Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 business days.

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Standard shipping will be USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, both advertise 3-6 business days in transit.

Expedited shipping will be an upgrade to USPS Priority or UPS 3-day. We will choose the service that best matches your selection at checkout.

If you are interested in UPS 2-Day or overnight service, please email us for a quote.

Outside of the US, transit times vary depending on your country.

  • First Class: 10-21 business days (can take up to 40 days)
  • Priority: 6-10 business days

International policies

  • Shipping costs include a handling fee to cover insurances and the additional costs of shipping internationally. Shipping/handling fees aren't negotiable.
  • Cute Little Fabric Shop, LLC is not responsible for duty, customs or import taxes charged by your country. These are the buyers responsibility.
  • Cute Little Fabric Shop will not alter the price of the goods or any other information on the customs form in any way that is unlawful.
  • Cute Little Fabric Shop will not refund shipping charges should your package be returned. To have your package shipped out again you will need to pay the shipping fee again, as well as the return fee charged by the USPS if there was one.
  • If your package was lost in transit, there is a 40 day period of time from the shipping day that must pass before we can move forward with an insurance claim. No refunds will be given before that time.

You will receive an email when your package ships with your tracking number, or you can check your order for the tracking number.


Cancellations

We can cancel your order if it hasn't been prepared yet.


Returns

We do not accept returns of the following:

  • Any fabric under one yard
  • Any item that is not in original condition
  • Any item where the packaging has been opened
  • Any fabric that has been cut, washed, exposed to smoke, etc.
  • Most items that were purchased more than 30 days ago

If we can accept a return of your item, there is a 15-25% restocking fee to cover the costs of processing and shipping your order. Shipping is not refundable.
