How do I order continuous yardage?

The quantity multiples the fabric length selection and all cuts are continuous except for fat quarters. If you need 3 yards, select quantity 3 and fabric length 1 yard. If you need 1.5 yards, add quantity 2, fabric length 3/4 yard to your cart. If you add 2 different lengths of the same fabric to your cart, we will add them together and cut them as one continuous piece .The fabric will be cut continuous.

Do you combine orders?

We do NOT refund shipping, but if you have multiple open orders you may receive them in one package. If you would like one single shipping charge (or want to qualify for free shipping), please place one single order.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We are located in Murray, Utah. You are welcome to select local pick up at checkout. Once your order is preprared (usually within 24 hours) you will receive an email to arrange pick up time which includes our shop address.

Is there a restocking fee if I request a return?

Unless we made a mistake with your order, there will be a restocking fee of 10-25% depending on the order. If you received free shipping expect the restocking fee to be on the higher end. We fix our mistakes with no cost to you. Please be advised that although we will make exceptions to our No Returns policy, not all items will be eligible for return.

What should I do if I am unhappy with my order?

Please contact us! We almost always respond to messages within 24 hours, and would love to solve your issues. Please contact us before leaving a review, so that we can help solve whatever issues you are running into and not leave you dissatisfied.

Is your shipping flat rate?

Yes, on this site our shipping is a $5.99 flat rate charge (for orders to the US) and free US shipping with $65 purchase.
